We use SSL encryption site-wide (provided by Comodo) to protect your personal data while shopping at overlapse.com – and we do not collect or store any of your financial information.
Shop currency
Our shop account is based in the UK but payments are currently accepted in GBP and USD depending on your location.
Payment
All payments are securely processed by Stripe (for credit and debit card payments)
and PayPal (for credit and debit card payments, or PayPal account funds)
Order receipt
You will receive your order receipt by email immediately after completing your payment.

Shipping
Our flat rate standard shipping fee for books is:
FREE standard shipping at present for UK and USA
£5 for EU countries
£5 for Canada
£10 for Rest of the World
Our shipping prices are intended to keep our books affordable and accessible. Note that if you order more books, you’ll save more on shipping fees!
Where shipping fees are different from above, there is a notification on the item page.
Orders ship from either the UK or USA. *Note that EU orders for Fastidiosa currently ship from Italy.
Please note that some items may ship separately.
We will ship items as they become available (ie. for pre-orders)
Orders are usually posted within two business days of receipt (with the exception of pre-orders which ship in the timeframe estimated on the item page). If an unexpected delay occurs prior to shipping your order, we will notify you as soon as possible of the circumstances. In extremely rare cases if we are unable to fulfill your order, we will promptly issue a refund.
You will receive a notification by email once your order has shipped.
Time estimates for standard delivery are:
UK Royal Mail: 1–3 business days from posting
Europe: 6-10 business days from posting
USA USPS Media Mail: 5-7 business days from posting
Canada: 7-10 business days from posting
Worldwide: 7–10 business days from posting
